Bonham-Funeral services for Geraldine (Trout) Green, age 92 of Bonham, TX will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, March 21, 2012 at Gober Cemetery Pavilion. Bro. Johnny Glover will officiate the service. Mrs. Green passed away on Sunday, March 18, 2012 at her home in Bonham.

Geraldine (Trout) Green was born on December 9, 1919 in Gober, TX to Z.O. and Josey (Herriage) Trout. She married B.F. Green on August 10, 1940 in Bonham, TX; he preceded her in death on March 6, 1987. Mrs. Green worked in the lunch rooms at Bonham High School and Bailey Inglish Elementary, and a member of Calvary Baptist Church.

She is survived by Daughter-Kathy Green of Bonham, TX; Son-Jimmy Green and wife Carole of Rockwall, TX; Daughter-Shirley Oldacre of Paris, TX; Granddaughters-Carrie Gates, and Rachael Cano; Grandsons-Korey Green, Jeff Oldacre, Justin Green, and Chris Gates; Great grandchildren-Triston Green, Paige Payne, Wade Payne, Jayce Oldacre, Tanner Cano, Taryn Bain, and Jayton Oldacre; Great great granddaughter-Kelyn Bain; and her Poodle-Geri T. She is also preceded in death by her Great granddaughter-Haleigh Payne, Brothers-Zealous and James Trout; Sisters- Madel Simmons, and Morrell Carder; Sister-in-law-Edith Trout, Son-in-law-J.W. Oldacre, and her Poodle Deano that she received as her 80th birthday present.

Serving as pallbearers will be Korey Green, Jeff Oldacre, Triston Green, Wade Payne, David Trout, and Arnold Trout.

Family visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 20, 2012 from 6-8 P.M. at Cooper-Sorrells Funeral Home in Bonham, TX.
